Escrow Rollback

The riskiest instant in any trade is the hand-over, the moment an item is leaving one place and arriving in another. If something goes wrong right then, a careless plugin can lose the item or, worse, leave a copy behind. ProtonAuctions makes that instant safe.

Snapshot, then hand over

Before it places an item into a player's inventory, the plugin takes an exact picture of that inventory. It then tries to add the item. If everything fits, done. If it does not, or if anything at all goes wrong in between, the plugin puts the inventory back precisely as it was, down to the last slot, and the item is not lost. It waits in the Claim Bin instead.

Never half-done

Because of that snapshot, there is no half-finished state to exploit. An item is either fully delivered or fully held, never partly both. That is what closes the classic trick of forcing a delivery to fail at just the right moment to walk away with two of something.
