ProtonAuctions is in public beta. See Beta Phase for what is stable and what is still maturing.

ProtonAuctions does not publish a public code API during the beta. There are no third-party events to listen for and no supported methods to call, so there is nothing yet to build a companion plugin on top of.

What it offers today is integration through configuration, not code. Other plugins plug in as data the engine reads, as currencies players can trade in, or by reading figures through PlaceholderAPI, with nobody writing Java against ProtonAuctions.

  • Feed sales from your shop, economy or trade plugin into the price engine through a data hook.
  • Use any economy or PlaceholderAPI-backed balance as a tradable currency, set up in Custom Currencies.
  • Show a player's sales, the market and item values anywhere PlaceholderAPI works, with the placeholders.

The pages here set out exactly what exists now, where a code API might go, and the questions developers ask most.
