/ah claim opens the claim screen, where a player gathers everything waiting for them: items they are owed and vouchers from their sales.

Collecting

Every waiting item and voucher appears as its own tile. Selecting an item tile hands that item over, and selecting a voucher tile deposits its value into the player balance.

The screen also has bulk buttons:

  • Claim All Items takes every waiting item.
  • Claim All Revenue deposits every waiting voucher.
  • Claim Everything does both at once.

Collecting is safe to run at any time, and nothing is ever handed over twice. An item is only handed over when there is room for it. If the inventory is full, that item stays in the bin so it cannot be lost, and a bulk claim stops at the first item that does not fit.

Automatic collection

The bin can also empty itself when a player joins. Items are collected a couple of seconds after join when autoClaimItemsWhenOnline is enabled, and vouchers are deposited when autoClaimRevenueWhenOnline is enabled. With both on, most players never open the screen by hand. These settings live in config.yml.

The join notice

A player who joins with something waiting is told what it is, with a button that opens the claim screen. Money is listed per currency, for example $95 and 687 coins, rather than added into one number.

What ends up here

The bin fills from several places: purchases set to be claimed rather than delivered to the inventory, listings that are cancelled or expire, payouts held as vouchers, and barter trades. The specifics are on Item Claims and Revenue Claims.
