The Claim Bin holds items and payouts that are waiting for a player to collect. When ProtonAuctions cannot hand something over straight away, it keeps it here rather than dropping or losing it. Players open the bin with /ah claim.

Two kinds of thing wait in the bin:

• Item claims are items owed to a player, such as a purchase set to be collected, a listing that was cancelled or expired returning to its seller, or the result of a barter trade. See Item Claims.
• Revenue claims are money owed to a seller, held as a voucher. See Revenue Claims.

Both are gathered from the same screen, item by item or all at once. See The Claim Command.

Delivery is configurable. Items and payouts can be handed over directly instead of held, and the bin can collect itself when a player joins. Those options live under delivery in config.yml.
