Six auction plugins can be imported today. Use the source name in the command, for example /ahadmin migrate playerauctions.

{% hint style="info" %} AVAILABLE means it has been checked against data the real plugin wrote. BETA means only part of it could be checked that way. EXPERIMENTAL means it is built from the plugin's public storage format and has not been checked against a real database.

Those checks used SQLite data. MySQL, MariaDB and PostgreSQL are read the way each plugin configures them, but have not been checked against a live database that plugin filled.

zAuctionHouse

  • Running listings come across as buy-now listings with their time left. A listing of several stacks goes to the seller's claim bin.
  • Expired items go back to their sellers, and bought items still waiting in zAuctionHouse go to their buyers.
  • Past sales come from zAuctionHouse's sale log.
  • zAuctionHouse pays sellers at the moment of sale, so there is no money to move.
  • One zAuctionHouse database can hold several servers. The import takes only the server named in zAuctionHouse's server-name, or every server when you add all.

Player Auctions

  • Running listings come across with their time left, buy-now and bid auctions alike. A bid auction with a live bid restarts without it, and when Player Auctions had already taken the bidder's money, it comes back to the bidder as a money claim.
  • A listing of several stacks goes to the seller's claim bin.
  • Finished auctions send the item to the winner, or back to the seller when nobody won it.
  • Items waiting in a player's Player Auctions backpack go to their claim bin, and money earned while they were offline becomes a money claim.
  • Past sales come from its recent activity history.

AuctionMaster

  • Running auctions come across with their time left. AuctionMaster stops its clock while the server is off, so the time left counts from its last shutdown.
  • A bid auction with bids restarts at its lowest bid without the bids, and the money AuctionMaster had taken from the bidders comes back to them as money claims.
  • Finished auctions pay out what AuctionMaster still owed: the seller's unpaid money and outbid bidders' money become money claims, and a winner who had not collected the item yet gets it. An auction nobody bid on returns the item to its seller.
  • Items and coins that admins sent as AuctionMaster deliveries become claims.
  • Prices use the currency set in AuctionMaster's currency.yml.
  • Past sales come from its finished auctions.

AuctionHouse (klugemonkey)

  • Running listings come across as buy-now listings with their time left, and expired items go back to their sellers.
  • Sold listings become past sales. Sellers were paid when they sold, so there is no money to move.
  • Server listings have no player seller. An unsold one goes to the claim bin of the admin who created it, and their sales are left out of the price engine.
  • Items saved by older Minecraft versions keep their contents, such as what is inside a shulker box. Extra data that other plugins stored on an item is dropped, and the summary says so.
  • AuctionHouse itself does not run on recent Paper versions, but its database imports on any version ProtonAuctions supports.

Auction House (Kiranhart)

  • Running listings come across with their time left, buy-now and bid auctions alike, with the buyout price where there is one. A bid auction restarts at its starting price without the live bids, and when the plugin had already taken the bidders' money, it comes back to them as money claims.
  • Finished auctions send the item to the winner, or back to its owner. An auction with bids that ended while the plugin was off returns the item to its seller, and no sale is recorded.
  • Unpaid sale money and returned bids become money claims. Payments in an item currency are not imported, because ProtonAuctions cannot pay in items.
  • Past sales go to the price engine in the plugin's default currency, because the plugin does not record which currency a sale used.
  • Some listings cannot be sold the way they were. A bundle is unpacked into its owner's claim bin, an infinite listing goes there as a single stack, a listing priced in items goes back to its owner, and a listing that allowed partial purchases sells as one stack. Item requests and server listings are left out.
  • This plugin and klugemonkey's AuctionHouse both keep their data in plugins/AuctionHouse. Each importer recognises the other plugin's data, refuses it and names the right source.
  • Checked against real data from version 2.121, and against a test database with the newest version's columns. MySQL storage has not been checked against a live MySQL server, and the summary says so.

AxAuctions

This importer is EXPERIMENTAL. It follows the table layout AxAuctions creates and the item format of its library, from public documentation, and has not been checked against a database AxAuctions filled with real listings. Every summary repeats this. Compare the numbers with AxAuctions before you rely on them.

  • Running listings come across as buy-now listings with their time left.
  • Expired items go back to their sellers, including ones past AxAuctions' own deletion time, which AxAuctions would have deleted. Items AxAuctions had already deleted are not returned.
  • Unpaid earnings become money claims.
  • Past sales come from its sale history.
  • Extra listing limits that AxAuctions stores for single players are not imported.
  • AxAuctions writes its default H2 database with its own version of H2, and ProtonAuctions may need the H2 driver AxAuctions downloaded to read it. Keep the folders AxAuctions downloaded its libraries into, such as plugins/AxAPI/libraries, until the import is done.
