Our Philosophy
We will NEVER put a paywall between our product's features and our clients.
We have adopted the JetBrains licensing model: you pay for updates and support, not for features. Every tier, Standard and Enterprise, receives access to every single feature in ProtonAuctions. For the full explanation, see the Standard License page.
Current: Beta Phase
Enterprise is not available during the beta.
During the BETA phase there is only the single free beta license: all features, one server, and updates for the duration of the beta. See the Standard License page for details.
Enterprise becomes available once ProtonAuctions reaches v1.0.0.0.
Post-Beta: Enterprise License
Once ProtonAuctions exits beta, Enterprise is available for networks and operators running more than one server.

Enterprise builds on Standard, so an Enterprise licence is the Standard base plus the Enterprise upgrade.

There are no feature gates. Every tier gets every feature, and every future feature too, for as long as your update window runs. The badges show how mature each part is today, tracked in full on Beta Phase.
Priority Support and Developer Access
Enterprise support is the highest priority we offer, and it comes with a direct line to the developer.
- Highest-priority tickets. Your issues are handled before other tiers.
- Direct developer access. A direct channel to the developer for complex integration questions, advice and troubleshooting.
- Implementation assistance. Help with deployment, configuration and performance tuning for large networks.
Integration Requests
If you need ProtonAuctions to work with a specific plugin, Enterprise integration requests are looked at first.
- Send your request through the Enterprise support channel.
- We review whether it is technically reasonable.
- If it is, it goes to the front of the queue.
This is a genuine review of reasonable requests, not a promise to build any specific feature. An integration we do build may be generalised into the public release at our discretion.
Unlimited Servers
Your Enterprise licence covers unlimited servers, within fair use for your organisation.
- All servers are run by the same organisation or individual.
- You cannot resell, sublicense, or hand access to another organisation.
- "Unlimited" means there is no hard cap. We trust you to use it reasonably for your own network.

What Enterprise Does Not Include
Enterprise does not come with a service-level agreement, a guaranteed-uptime commitment, or any transfer of intellectual property, and the source code is not for sale. It is the full plugin on unlimited servers with the highest level of support, not a bespoke development contract.
Updates & Support
Your licence includes 1 year of updates and priority support, the same yearly window as Standard.
After your update period expires, you have the same two options as Standard: renew for another year, or keep the last version you downloaded and stop receiving new updates. See Renewals.
