The staff commands are built to run from the server console, so you can drive them from a startup script, a scheduled task, or an RCON tool. The console holds every permission, so nothing needs granting for it.

These /ahadmin subcommands run from the console, and each is described in Admin Commands:

  • reload, to apply configuration changes.
  • end <id or seller>, to end an auction early and send its item back to the seller's claims. A seller's name lists their active listings with a short id for each.
  • currencies, to print the engine's currencies and rates.
  • hooks, to see which plugin hooks work.
  • license, to check the licence state.
  • gracestart, to restart the engine's grace period.
  • graceend, to end a running grace period early.
  • export, to write out sale-history metadata.
  • perms, to inspect a permission setup.
  • wipe confirm, to clear all auction data.
  • diagnose <ticket> <pass>, to send a support bundle.
  • migrate <source> [path] [confirm], to import another auction plugin. It reports a moment later, so watch the console output. See Migrating.

Two things need a player and cannot run from the console:

  • /ahadmin mode, because admin mode is a per-player state tied to the menus.
  • Every /ah player action, because it opens a menu or acts on the item in a player's hand. Running /ah from the console just prints the command list. See Player Commands for the full set.
