Economy

ProtonAuctions moves real currency, so it needs two things in place.

RequirementNeededNotes
VaultRequiredThe bridge the plugin uses to move money. It will not enable without it. On Folia, use a Folia-safe build such as VaultUnlocked, because the standard Vault crashes on Folia.
An economy providerRequiredA plugin that actually holds player balances, such as EssentialsX or CMI. Vault by itself stores no money.

Some currencies have a direct hook and can be used alongside your main economy. See Currencies.

RedisManyA running Redis 6 or newer serverOptional, on top of a shared database, for live cross-server updates.

Full connection settings for each are on Database and Redis.

Licence

RequirementNeededNotes
A ProtonAuctions licenceRequiredThe beta is free. Your download already carries its own key, so there is nothing to enter.

See Beta Pricing for what the beta covers.

ProtonAuctions ships a small native library for its security and pricing core, inside the jar. It is 64-bit only, and on Linux it needs glibc 2.17 or newer, which every current host has. You never install it separately.
